The Rubicon Endurance Saddle

We are pleased to introduce for 2007 our new addition for the serious endurance rider, the Rubicon. With a new innovative saddle tree featuring a more open pommel and swept back tree points, it gives a whole new freedom to the movement of the horse, eliminating restrictions in the shoulder area. The Rubicon also features our new L & R® patented adjustable stirrup bar that gives you a choice of three adjustments, enabling the rider to achieve a perfect leg position. This model features our super soft wool lined serge panels that are stuffed with 100% pure English lambs wool for the ultimate in comfort for your horses back.

The Rubicon is available in our X-grip Water buffalo with contrasting water buffalo new buck seat and pads or super soft bull hide with French calf seat and knee pads. Each saddle is finished to the highest standards with a host of features for the discerning rider. Premium grade British stainless steel ‘D’ rings for attaching a breastplate, crupper and personal equipment as needed. 6 short as standard or 4 long billets to custom order give a choice of girthing options.
